From 15 July the new whistleblowing procedures introduced with Legislative Decree no. become effective. 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937 and expands the protections in the event of reports of illegal acts, extending the subjective scope of application and the procedures to protect reporting subjects from possible retaliation.
